Descrizione del lavoro

• Receive purchase orders from customers
• Cooperate with the Planning Department to determine a ship date
• Acknowledge the PO and notify the customer of the expected delivery date
• Perform PO verification
• Enter POs into the ERP system and create Customer Orders
• Responsible for managing customer orders, including creating, updating, cancellations, rescheduling, back orders
• Keep stakeholders informed of customer POs and all changes
• Responsible to follow up on customer orders and inform the customer of any changes in ship dates
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure customer orders are shipped and fulfilled accurately
• Keep customers and other stakeholders informed of shipments
• Work with and ask customers to provide forecasts of their future expected demand
• Work with the US divisions on forecast planning and in coordination with the Planning Department
• Enter forecasts into forecast tracking and update IT as forecasts are updated
• Provide management accurate and update to sales reports daily/weekly/monthly
• Provide statistics and KPs in Sales & Operations meetings
• Coordinate RMAs with the Finance Department, Import-Export Department, and Quality Department
• Conduct customer surveys to assess Company performance

Requisiti di lavoro

• University degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain, or similar degree
• 3 or more years experience in customer service for a manufacturer
• Experience working with an ERP system (Syteline preferred)
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese and ability to read and write Chinese helpful
• Good written and oral communication skills
