- Support to answer customer questions via chat, email, voice about booking, tours,...
- Update information on the system
- Advise customers on travel packages, hotel booking on demand, ...
- High School certidicate and above

Requisiti di lavoro

- Toiec at least 650 or the same level
- At least 6 months experience in CS is a plus

- Working Time rotational shift from 8:00 to 23:00, 2 DO/week

- Base: 7,500,000
- Salary Meal Allowance: 500,000
- KPIs: 900,000 - 1,200,000
