Responsibilities

- Track and manage vehicles and drivers.

- Monitor and manage housekeeping, security, and landscape staff...

- Monitor and manage the canteen, subcontractors, and meals...

- Monitor and manage issues such as stationery, tools, and equipment such as printers, photocopiers, projectors, and areas in the company...

- Jobs such as preparing furniture to welcome guests, and preparing events...

- Store, and arrange the information on papers, contracts, and related documents.

- Monitor and manage periodic landscape care subcontractors

- Support in storing and managing construction documents

- Other jobs based on the request of the company

Requisiti di lavoro

Requirements

- Degree: College graduate or above

- Male candidates are preferred

- Intermediate English Communication

- Ability to use computers and find information

- Dynamic, hardworking, responsible

- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience in repairing and maintaining tools in the office

- Has experience in the same position for at least 01 year
