Descrizione del lavoro

-Understanding the VM guidelines in English and translate to Vietnamese language; Ensure that the standards prescribed merchandises according to the brand image.

-Aligning with Principal guidline and create appealing visual display, window display and special in-store promotion display to attract customer.

-Developing visual merchandising plan and planogram for channel display according to different channel types and products.

-Create / adapt artwork for Retail Marketing & digital marketing collateral to support new collection launch and promotion campaign.

-Implement Window display per season.

-Monitor all the windows installation and ensure the decorated according to the approved layout.

-Coordinating with Operation & Inventory Team to ensuring VM in store.

-Coordinating closely with MKT Team to build up Brand recognition and strengthen Brand Image.

-Translate & training, sharing all trendy or products knowledge from principal file to all team staffs with OE/OM…

-Frequent shop visit to ensure all display are executed according to Puma standard, identify opportunity and resolve issue until resolution.

-Managing SOH of VM props.

-Order VM props by quarter.

-Responsible for the vm budget and costs control with finance for payment , monthlymonitoring of budget for each VM campaign.

-Report to Brand & Principal.

Requisiti di lavoro

-1-2 years of Visual merchandising experience of retail enviroment.

-Strong planning, organization, creativity and orginality skill.

-Able to perform under pressure and work in a fast paced team enviroment withstrong time management skill.
