* Execute ER activities - Management events such as games, recreation, TV in canteen, Year-end party, and events during the year (women’s day, birthday, etc.): setting up events budget, and agenda; implement following the plan closely with management level and employees; - Taking photos, designing posters, making videos, and writing content for media such as Newsletter, Bulletin boards, Fanpage, LinkedIn...; * HR Communication - Increase knowledge and common understanding of DWVN’s overview picture of Business Principles, Company COC, and company vision, etc.; - Maintaining and developing the communication with employees (multi ways communication, factory tour, tea talk, short break talk, phone talk, chatting etc.,); - Work more closely with employees listen to employees’ voices, and ideals, and propose positive solutions to the manager; - Increase employee satisfaction: Survey employees on related fields such as employee satisfaction survey, training survey etc., in quarterly, and yearly follow company policy, and bring positive improvement plan; - Increase employee retention rate; * Compliance - Ensure compliance for all operations at sites regarding personnel practices, policy, and employment laws; - Assist HR Manager with compliance job, consultant on labor issues, and responsible for timely information from employee relation matters; - Support in handling and solving employees’ conflict of interest issues; * Disciplinary - Assist HR Manager in handling disciplinary cases by collecting documents, preparing warning letters, and setup meeting in compliance with company policy; - Assist HR Manager in handling Employee Grievances, consult with a positive resolution to managers, notification final result to employee; - Support other activities recruitment, training, etc., in the HR team when needed; * Other responsibilities shall be followed to assignment by the manager.Requisiti di lavoro
- Bachelor degree in business management, human resource management, marketing, law and related fields; Male is preferred- At least 2 years’ experience in HR, experience in ER or Internal PR is preferred;
- Knowledgeable about of labor law and effective application in labor relations;
- Good at Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) and design software;
- Be able to use English and fluent in Vietnamese;
- Good skills: listening and communication skills; interviewing skills and understanding the psychology of others; planning, event organization;
- Ability to work under high pressure and good communication skill.
