* Knowledge & Skills: - To be trained and have basic knowledge of Intersnack Work Systems (IWS). - Benchmarking: Successes, Failures. - Know the business and organization that you are in. - Master planning – Linked to Company OGSM; milestones & deliverables; timely; accountability; resources. - Assessment and design of organizations. - Leadership and man-management skills. - Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members. - Good organizational and follow-up skills. - Experienced in coaching people. * Communication - Good English and MS Office skills. - Clear expectations. - Open. Honest. Persistent. Timely. - Good presentation and negotiation skills. - Timely follow-ups & escalation of issues. * Qualifications and Experiences: - A relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred. - Experience of IWS or equivalent systems is preferred. - Background in manufacturing and/or engineering environments is a plus. - Background in people management and project management is a plus.
