Descrizione del lavoro

- Create industrialization plan for new project, transfer and automation project. - Follow up the status of machine purchasing with Process design Engineer to ensure machine arrive on time. - Follow up installation and validation Machine ,Tooling, Equipment for project. - Follow up Validation plan and PV order + QTP order. - Participate with team when make PFMEA ,CP and validation report. - Conduct kick-off internal audit and trial run meeting. - Follow up action plan after trial run and internal, ensure all finding close before go to mass production. - Make report related process in case customer request ( process presentation, FDPR report , support QA make CCL report).

Requisiti di lavoro

- Education: Bachelor degree in engineering, majoring in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical or equivalent experience - Experience: 1-2 years experience in the similar position in manufacturing company - Have knowledge about manufacturing industry, validation core tools (MSA, R&R, etc…) and process documentation (FMEA, PFC, etc…) - Ability to read and evaluate electrical diagrams, software and mechanical drawings -Priority if use Solid work/PLC/Programing
