Inbound of Finished goods:
Coordinate with checker/Forklift driver to perform confirmation of goods receipt in SAP & ASRS system – ensure the data in system matched with physical stock by quantity and batch number.
Ensure the bin management is complied and keep record of storage capacity. Report to Supervisor if the capacity is reach to max level.
For import finished goods, ensure the stock received is matched with shipping document; otherwise inform Purchasing Department to check with Supplier.
Outbound of Finished goods:
For FOC orders, ensure to obtain approval document and keep record. Perform the outbound within the same day of transaction.
Coordinate with logistics staff and Warehouse staff to prepare Picking List, Delivery Note, Certificate of Analysis and color panel. Ensure the goods are handed to drivers with full document.
Ensure the data generated in system is matched with physical stock and perform daily reconciliation of stock balance vs outbound stock.
  • Follow up with transportation the delivery Doc signed off by customers returned and transfer to FIN for record.
  • Issue Container Packing list & VGM after loading
  • Issue Daily delivery report
  • Record Daily non-OTIF root cause for MDT meeting
  • Follow up delivery requested from CS
  • Calculate capacity and arrange properly truck booking with transporter within agreed lead time to make sure all delivery to be done as scheduled.
  • Consider to combine delivery for cost saving
  • Create DO and Picking on SAP to follow FIFO rules
  • Inform and follow up “Block delivery” DO with CS/FIN to make sure they are released on time for delivery to meet OTIF target
  • Follow up picking, loading with WH team to make sure goods delivered to customer accuracy and on time
  • Follow up product completed with production for delivery in some case (batch completed very close to loading time)
Cycle count and stock take:
Coordinate with relevant function to conduct cycle count daily/weekly and monthly; and monitor inventory in and out and stock balance.
Coordinate with relevant function for yearly stock take at least twice per year.

Requisiti di lavoro

  • Working location: AkzoNobel VN - Schramm - Que Vo 1 Industrial Zone, Phuong Lieu, Que Vo, Bac Ninh
  • Experienced with SAP system, good Excel skills.
  • Able to work shifts (shift 1-2).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Honesty, attention to details.
  • Hard working and good teamwork
  • High responsibility and able to work under pressure.
