Descrizione del lavoro

1. Responsible for the review and management of Vietnamese suppliers;
2. Make project inspection standards and standardize inspection process；
3. Complete product inspection according to inspection standards and manage product quality;
4. Propose a preliminary solution to the quality anomalies that occur during the inspection of the suppliers products (including samples);
5. Report the status of poor quality in a timely manner, and assist suppliers to solve quality problems during inspection;
6. Responsible for the management and verification of measuring implements and inspection equipments.

Requisiti di lavoro

1. College degree or above with Mechanical major, more than 1 year related work experience in the same position;

2. Understand the preparation of quality control plans, inspection instructions and record forms; be familiar with sampling requirements, and have basic skills in 2D and 3D drawing;

3. Familiar with ISO or TS 16949 standards system;

4. Understand & be able to make PPAP, 8D Report;

5. Be familiar with and know how to use measuring tools, and understand third-party testing and processing;

6. Able to stand hard work, have a strong sense of teamwork communication and coordination;

7. Can adapt to long-term business trips;

8. Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to communicate, read, and write well.
