We are an international business growth consulting & trading company looking for a Logistics and Purchasing (Intern) to join the Vietnam subsidiary.

We currently have offices in the UK, Australia, Hong Kong, and Vietnam.

Grow with the new company in Vietnam and have to opportunity to visit Europe, Australia, Hong Kong, and the USA.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative management of transactions. Quản lý hành chính các giao dịch.
  • Making sure that terms and customs rules are respected. Đảm bảo đáp ứng điều khoản và quy định hải quan.
  • Applying Incoterms.Áp dụng Incoterms.
  • Following up with providers. Theo dõi tiến độ với nhà cung cấp.
  • Controlling activities related to the transaction. Kiểm soát các hoạt động liên quan đến giao dịch.
  • Following up with transport partners. Theo dõi tiến độ với đối tác vận chuyển.
  • Perform other related works assigned by Superiors and Directors. Thực hiện các công việc khác có liên quan do cấp trên và Giám đốc giao.

Requirements

  • Senior or recent graduate. Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Have previous intern experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
