Descrizione del lavoro

1. Administration support for the Factory Manager, ensuring administrative tasks to support the factory’s operation.

2. Timekeeping and assisting employees in resolving arising issues.

3. Managing and handling data related to factory’s productivity, employee attendance, production bonus & allowance of manufacturing division.

4. Coordinating and working with human resources departments to solve relevant matters.

5. Other assignments by Factory Manager.

Requisiti di lavoro

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Must have experience at manufacturing companies.
  • At least 2~3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Must have excellent MS EXCEL skills.
  • Must have experience in counting attendance for white labor at factory.
  • Must have experience in handling and managing production data, production performance, bonus for labor depending on performance.
  • Must have experience in the arrangement of factory workers according to manufacturing shifts (12 hours & 8 hours).
  • Experience in counting allowances, bonuses, productivity bonus... depended on production output of factory; ability to address and communicate with HR team for relevant issues.
