Descrizione del lavoro

  • Support the Project Manager on daily tasks.
  • Follow up daily emails and take note question, request, progress… on schedule form.
  • Update the request, order & shipment progress on system (manage contract, PI, sample / mass production & delivery schedule, shipping documents, payment)
  • Manage the account book of the Rep Office in accordance with the Vietnamese laws and regulations of Company.
  • Report the daily progress to Project Manager and Head Office.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by the Superior and Board of Director (if any).

Requisiti di lavoro

  • Associate / Bachelor degree in Commercial, Economic, Industrial Management or related major.
  • Experience in administration for the Rep Offices, preferably in European company.
  • Computer: Ms. Office, Email, Internet…
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Languages: Vietnamese (native) and English (very good)
  • Understand both the European and Vietnamese way of thinking.
  • You are enthusiastic, honest, accurate, well-¬organized and a team-player.
