Manage & follow up sales order to achieve monthly sales target. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Ensure quantity of materials for production. Follow up production process to make sure delivery is on time Compose sales contract & related document and monitor debt status of customer Other jobs as assigned by Leader/ Head of Department
