Descrizione del lavoro

- Process monthly payroll data (attendance, overtimes...) for Vietnamese to ensure they are timely, accurate and compliant with legal regulations and company procedures. - Manage benefits for Vietnamese employees, including compulsory benefits and additional benefits from the company (allowances monitoring). - Assist in declaration, adjustment, finalization and other projects regarding SHUI. - Manage employees’ personnel data system and filing. - Control employee relation. - Monitor employee evaluation data - Support HR team in other assignments as required.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Female/Male, from 24-35 years old, graduated from university graduation in human resources or related fields. - Expertise from 1 - 2 years’ experience in HR in big manufacturing company - Proficiency on computer literacy; - Good at communication and problem solving. - Carefulness, honest. - Team-work, responsible. - Ultimate level of carefulness & hardworking - Good at Interpersonal & presentation skill - Well versed in Excel skill (excel formula applied)
