Descrizione del lavoro

-Follow corporate procedures and regulations to correctly and timely process incoming vendor invoices and payments;
-To handle payment and invoice processing issues, provide appropriate contact with internal and external stakeholders;
-Process expenditure claims and verify that corporate policies and procedures are followed;
-Monitor and control the progress of contract payments, advances, and withdrawals;
-Manage payment documents, vendor contracts, and internal team’s expense;
-Work with the financial team to ensure that transaction details are appropriately recorded;
-Contribute your ideas and actions to the continual development of processes in your area of influence;
-Report on cash management on a weekly and monthly basis;
-Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Requisiti di lavoro

-University degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant certificate.
-Minimum 1 years of work experience in Payment or account receivables area is a must
-Good communication in English or Chinese
-Ability to work in a structured and careful way
-Capability and willingness to adapt to changing working practices
-A team player with good communication skills, self-drive and dynamic personality, and a fast learner
