Descrizione del lavoro

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns to meet company KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 marketing specialists to improve their performance, knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives that drive conversions.
  • Work with the data team to analyze campaign data and identify areas of improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the executive team.

Requisiti di lavoro

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proficient in English language (especially Reading skill)
  • At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • At least 1 years of experience in managing a team of 3-5 marketing specialists.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms, including setting up campaigns, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Experience in Google, Tiktok or Pinterest ads is a plus
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
