Job Duties / Responsibilities Take lead in standardize and improve the PCC complex working process Define the measuament method and evaluation method for performance Data Analysis Manage and coaching team member Tasks: Establish, maintain PCC process flow chart Manage PCC training materials, Process flow chart, Best practices, Leading in improvement project Do other job as requirement Manage and coaching team member

Requisiti di lavoro

Education: Graduated from college as min requirement. Experience: At least 5 years experience in footwear industrial Other certificates: Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge: Knowledge of shoes development, commercialization and mass production. Lean concept and tools. Project Management. Competencies: Skill of data collecting & analyzing Skill of analysis, KPI tracking Language: Excellent at English communication, Chinese is preferable Administration
