In charge of Product Marketing (40%), Product Training (40%), Administration (20%) 1/ PRODUCT MARKETING (40%) Conduct market analysis and industry research for water heater products. Conduct targeted research and market follow-up for existing models & managing product life cycles. Product ideas for new product development. Assist in formulating incentives, promotion policies and sales targets for product categories. 2/ PRODUCT TRAINING (40%) Conduct training, evaluate sessions for internal staff, dealers and make reports to create innovative methods to control and improve effectiveness 3/ADMINISTRATION & RETAIL MARKETING (20%) Tracking sales result progress including (sell-in, sell-through, sell-out), display & LSR performance. Tracking and ensuring effectiveness of shopfront throughout POP, Catalogue, product demonstration. Monitor and follow up business activities by collaborating with other departments and local sales representatives (seminar/roadshow/dealer convention). Collaborate with sales team to proceed sales contract with customers. All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager
