- Checking and obtaining approval of purchase requisitions - Receipt or requests for repairs and services and scheduling - Calling for quotations & Selection of suppliers - Preparation of internal requirement sheet and obtaining approval of quotations - Negotiating prices and delivery terms - Creating PO’s and obtaining approval - Placing of orders and order follow up - Arrange purchase and service contracts - Liaising with internal customer departments of requirement and deliveries - Other tasks by Manager - The more detail will be discussed in the interview
