Descrizione del lavoro
1. Conduct product development and engineering work for Asian and global marketsthrough a Stage Gate process. Finalize product concepts, prepare technicalspecification sheets, product test plans, cost analysis, conduct product-tests, leadtheir certification processes and update internal test standards.
2. Prepare drawings of 2D, 3D drawings.
3. Facilitate meetings, prepare documents, plan engineering related tasks
4. Test our new products and competitor products to report competitive analysis.
Conduct cost benchmarking studies to reduce our product cost
5. Provide timely support to the commercial team about product informationinquiries and quality complaints
Requisiti di lavoro
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
- Minimum three years’ experience of product development.
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of the Stage Gate process
- 2D, 3D drawings capabilities, FMEA, root cause analysis.
- Positive mindsets to seek change and embrace the challenges without fearof failure even in the ambiguous situation
- Ability to work globally
Preferred:
- Professional experience in the fittings space or similar industries will begreatly preferred.
- Chinese communication skills
- Passion to work with people from different backgrounds and to support theteam with the ownership mindset to solve problems by herself/himself
- Willingness to use new digital tools as well as strong skills of traditionaltools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
