Recruiting Team Lead works closely with JKA’s CEO to develop the specialized Procurement/Supply Chain staffing service. Leverage on the CEO and other senior leaders within JKA to develop and expand their extensive network of contacts within the supply chain and procurement industry.
- Create JKA’s recruiting procedures with heavy emphasis on LinkedIn recruiting.
- Verify and curate the JKA’s database of 2,000+ contacts in Supply Chain and Procurement resources
- Search for and develop new sourcing methods to find job candidates
- Research and develop the best job advertising techniques
- Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods
- Conduct screening process to qualify potential candidates
- Conduct screening interviews to short-list candidates for final interviews
- Coordinate interviews with JKA or final clients
- Follow up with clients to solicited feedback and identify additional opportunities.Work closely with the CEO to grow the business.
Requisiti di lavoro
- 3-5 years of experience as a Recruiting Executive, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant
- Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
- Knowledge of US labor laws
- Self-motivated and able to take the initiative.
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
- Deep knowledge of social media and professional networks. In particular LinkedIn
- Able to communicate English effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field is required. Prior experience in recruiting as a manager, coordinator or consultant as well as experience screening and interviewing job candidates is also required. Strong communication skills will help you succeed as a recruiting manager, as you will be working closely with the employer, job candidate and recruiters.
