Descrizione del lavoro

-Làm báo cáo theo yêu cầu của quản lý

-Làm việc trên hệ thống ERP , thu thập dữ liệu từ hệ thống làm báo cáo

-Kiểm soát chứng từ, bảo đảm đầy đủ chứng từ cho sản xuất

-Liên hệ với các bộ phận khác, để giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến chứng từ

-Review customer documentation to identify and ensure requirements are satisfied

-Process and distribute documentation both internally and externally (if needed)

-Track documentation as appropriate.

-Work on ERP systems and programs to ensure document expectations are achieved

-Interact with other department personnel regarding documentation issues

Requisiti di lavoro

-Thời gian làm việc: T2-T6 (8h30-17h30). T7 (8h30-14h). Làm ít nhất 2 ngày Thứ 7 mỗi tháng

-Thử việc: 3 Tháng

-Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương từ 1 năm trở lên

-Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.

-Tiếng Anh giao tiếp, có kỹ năng viết email tiếng anh

-Cẩn thận, mong muốn làm việc lâu dài

-Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trên hệ thống Epicor

-1-2 years document controlexperiencedocument management, data management, or similar related experience; preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment

-Proficient computer skills with MS Office programs

-Experience with automated document control software is strongly desired

-Ability to multitask yet careful not to make mistakes.

-Familiarity with Epicor or Dynamics AX ERP software and Good verbal and written English communication skills are a plus.

- Request to work on Saturday, minimum 2 days of Saturday per month
