Descrizione del lavoro

Shipment management:

- Managing all the incoming (Cargo in) and outgoing (Cargo out) merchandise of the company.

- Preparing outgoing shipment or cargo out as per the schedule.

- Inspecting the stocks and reporting about the damaged products.

Sales team support:

- Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives.

- Providing data and reports to help the sales team.

Market research:

- Identify and keep up with sales trends.

- Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements.

Public relation:

- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

- Represent organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Graduated from university or colledge majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing... or other related majors.

- Proficiency in the English language, particularly in speaking and writing.

Beneficio del lavoro

- Salary: From 15,000,000 VND (equivalent 600 USD), negotiable depending on candidate’s ability

- Candidates have a 2-month probationary period, with the opportunity for official employment after successful completion.
