Conduct research and create reports (70%)

  • Meet and liaise with internal stakeholders, external clients to negotiate and agree research projects.
  • Create well-thought-out plans or proposals to present to senior management and external clients.
  • Write briefs that are clear and specific for research agencies.
  • Manage the pitching process and evaluate research agencies.
  • Create and oversee the distribution of surveys and questionnaires.
  • Liaise with and manage research agencies, report content production teams, report promotion teams.
  • Monitor the progress of research projects.
  • Brief and guide the report production process.
  • Write detailed reports and present results.
  • QC research data and report statements.
  • Use statistical softwares and Excel, Google Sheet to manage and organize data.
  • Advise senior management and external clients on how to best use research findings.
  • Supervise research budgets, performance report and retrospective report.
  • Direct report to Marketing Manager.

Promote the report (20%)

  • Coordinate with Content Marketers, Graphic Designer, Product Owners, related internal stakeholders, Freelancers, Production House to produce engaging content for promoting the reports.

Internal research and support (10%)

  • Participate in research projects and in-depth interviews to understand and keep updated with the user persona of Company targeted segments.
  • Provide basic training to Sales and other team members to enhance their ability to consistently deliver high-quality report insights.

Requisiti di lavoro

Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • Proven work experience as a market researcher at research agencies or similar role.
  • Proven ability to create proposal and public report with well-design content.
  • Proven ability to write and design research reports.
  • BSc degree in Market Research, Economics, Data, Statistics, Social Science or relevant field.
  • Experience planning and leading research projects.
  • Knowledgeable about B2B model, across business industries, technology trends, macro and micro economy.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
  • Advanced in English and Vietnamese writing.
  • Hands on experience with Powerpoint (chart design), Excel, Queries, online data visualization tools.
  • Strong in research ethics, focus on details and always strive for high-quality.
  • Strong passion for achieving our Vision “Excite the IT in Vietnam by Great Hiring”.
