Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Internship

  • Support on mass recruitment activities: explore and develop more sourcing channel to attract candidate for mass position (Field Collector, Call Collector, Telesales, Field Sales)
  • Phone screening candidate for mass positions and other jobs assigned.

Employer branding

  • Design some job post ads & recruitment contents for talent acquisition & employer branding purpose.
  • Develop and build career page to attract candidates & employer branding purpose.
  • Posting and spreading job ads, Movi’s image to enhance Movi’s branding in other website and social page (Linkedin, Workplace, Facebook, etc )

Other tasks

  • Input employee data of new hire
  • Other admin tasks: payment process, draft “Email letters to newcomers (mass) , onboarding preparation documents.

Working hours: Time: 8:30 -5:30; Monday – Friday

Requirement:

  • University/ College: Prefer Marketing / HR Major. (Student in 3rd– final years of University)
  • Ability/ Experience in design job ads/ image for employer branding purpose.
  • Good English in writing.
