UTS is looking for a highly motivatedHuman Resources Internwho is interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources field.

A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruiting Tasks

  • Understanding job requirements and sourcing suitable candidates for different positions;
  • Searching and screening candidate’s profile via job boards, social networking site,…;
  • Phone-screening to identify suitable candidate;
  • Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidate;
  • Supporting for employer branding activities (internal/external events and social posts,…);
  • Updating our internal databases with information about new employees, contact information and form;

2. HR Admin & Project

  • Supporting in daily operational tasks of the HR team such as preparing to onboard for new members, collecting employees‘ documents…;
  • Supporting HR projects (workshops, orientation, training…);
  • Reporting to HR Manager daily;
  • Other tasks assigned.

B.JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Final year student in University;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Vietnamese;
  • Comfortable working with online tools; Experience in Microsoft Office – MS Word, Excel Sheets, PowerPoint presentations;
  • High self-motivation and target oriented.
