Working location: Quang Trung Software Complex, District 12

As a Trading Partner Analyst, you will:

KRA 1: Set up clients with trading partners (EDI)

  • Configure setup, partner relations, cross references, etc.
  • Perform testing with trading partners and customers
  • Provide the mapping team with the analysis required to build a new map or modify an existing one for client and trading partner facing documents
  • Work with the mapping team to ensure completion of mapping requests.
  • Participate in problem solving activities; escalate to relevant teams.
  • Report to team management as well as involved project coordinators
  • Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure the target go-live date for the customer is met.
  • Work closely with Project Manager or Implementer to align on progress

KRA 2: Analyze and document trading partner requirements

Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • At least 6 months of experience in similar role (i.e: Business Analyst, Solutions/ERP/SAP consultant, CRM Advisory, etc.)
  • Major in IT, Business, English, Language Arts, or Economics. Degrees in other disciplines will be considered
  • Must be proficient in English (4 skills); Must be personable and confident in communication via telephone, and well-written professionally via email
  • Business Process Analysis/gap analysis and Research skills are highly preferred
  • Detail-oriented skills whilst carrying out the task at hand thoroughly
  • Analyzing and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork and Collaboration skills
  • Sense of Urgency
  • The ability to explain complicated-seeming concepts in plain language
  • Having business process and/or supply chain knowledge is a plus
