VMLY&R ClickMedia is the 1-stop shop agency with a motto as a Business Partner in Brand to our clients, we have provided core competencies and best-in-class talents in Commerce, Data Analytics, Consumer Experience and Technology.

We declared Commerce as our dominant visionary service recently.

WMLY&R ClickMedia is seeking for Account Executive Intern who will support to execute daily execution and assist direct supervisor when needed.

Location: L43, Bitexco Financial Tower, 02 Hai Trieu, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam

Type of employment: 6 months internship

Report to: Senior Account Executive / Client Service Manager / Account Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Build good client rapport

-Submit agency work and get client approval

-Present and persuade client to approve social and tactical plan

-Exercise quality control over deliverables to achieve client’s satisfaction.

-Send effective and actionable email communication to client and internal teams

-Meeting recaps, contact reports, status reports, follow up

-Provide innovative content format solutions

-Coordinate with Creative, Design and Interactive team for digital production.

-Provide promoting channels mix.

-Negotiate and manage KOLs

-Develop media plan.

-Follow up and follow through all required project-related paperwork.

-Conduct briefing session for social and tactical plan.

-Create, align, and manage production and campaign timeline

-Manage campaign performance, keep track of KPIs delivery, alert when there are signals of KPIs under-delivery.

-Produce campaign reports with frequency as aligned with client.

-Achieve assigned business KPI × Escalate issues to supervisor whenever it’s necessary and back up Social Specialist during his/ her absence.

PROFESSIONALREQUIREMENTS:

-Last year students or fresh graduates who are ready to work with zero experience

-Passionate to start career in agency

-Good interpersonal and analytic thinking skill, result-oriented, multi tasked

-Customer Service Mindset

-Fluent in English.

-Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
