AQUA Vietnam’s Trainee Program is definitely designed for you!

TRAINEE PROGRAM 2022 is a 6-month fast-track training program including classroom training, on-the-job-training and hands-on experience, provides exciting and challenging opportunities to develop professional skills for a successful career!

The program offers opportunities to work in two departments:
1. Product Marketing & Management
2. Sales

YOU WILL HAVE THE CHANCE TO:

• Work in a dynamic, professional, cohesive and mutually supportive international environment.
• Be able to grow in a 6-month fast-track training program including classroom training, on-the-job-training and hands-on experience.
• Participate in AQUA Vietnam’s training programs of functional knowledge and soft skills.
• Participate in professional instructional programs from top management, be coached and mentored by Super-Seniors in Home Appliances industry and work directly with Heads of department.
• Participate in team building programs, company events, engagement & entertainment activities.
• Have the opportunity to get the job offer from AQUA Vietnam after the program.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Fresh graduates with less than 1 years of full-time work experience
• Graduated from University of Business Administration, Marketing, Economics.
• Good command of English (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Good at Excel skills
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills with good analytical thinking
• Demonstrate entrepreneurship with success-driven and open mindset
• Fast learner, resilient, winning spirit and can-do attitude

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

• Round 1: CV Screening
• Round 2: Preliminary Interview via phone (with Human Resources)
• Round 3: Head of Department Interview
• Round 4: Psychometric test
• Round 5: Assessment & Selection
