• Team management, work assignment and arrangement, deliver orders to clients.
• Report to Direct Manager monthly, remind team members to follow the company rules.
• Client’s information tracking, good and quick interaction with clients.
• Implement tasks of the company/ Upper Manager/ Director Manager.
• Train new team members.
• Support team and research to develop the department.
• Manage office equipment, software, company resources.
• Interior and exterior design/ visualize following orders and manager’s requirements (during high seasons).
• Well teamwork and be approachable with colleagues.
• Guarantee product quality export following the company’s standards, assure stable productivity in low and high seasons, end responsibility for our product’s quality
• Post-production, support team with final product.
• Team meeting weekly to check KPI (if required) or to review operator’s productivity and style standards, update team progression, therefore suggesting reasonable methods/ solutions.
• Responsible, main responsibility in communication with clients, finish work on time
• Work under pressure during high seasons.
