CALL CENTER CUM HR ADMIN | AT HCMC
Responsibility:
- Make calling report daily and weekly
- Send SMS via CSC system as per requests
- Record incoming and outgoing postal mail, deliver postal mail with POS
- Manage office stationary and filling cabinet keys of the department
- Manage Personal Income Tax (PIT) Receipt and make quarterly report accordingly.
- Manage Taxi Cards and make monthly report as requested
Requirement:
- College degree in HR or Economics
- 1 year working experience as CS or admin staff in service area.
- Friendly voice, clear pronunciation, good hearing ability
- Basic knowledge about Labor code, Insurance regulations, PIT regulations, and related rules.
Location :Ho Chi Minh City
Time :Full-time prefered
