The Call Center Executive is responsible for calling and answering for all in-call and out-call under Master Painter program, supporting Trade Marketing Coordinator to handle painter’s data in back-end system and help desk:

- Work in Master Painter back-end system and helpdesk as a user to manage Painter’s data;

- Answer 100% incoming call in Master Painter call center;

- Call to VIP painters by each promotion campaign within 10 working days, and take care new painters in referral campaign during the year;

- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

*** Working Locations:

- Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be District, HCMC;

- Company shuttle van is provided.

仕事の要件

- University graduate in Marketing, Sales or relevant fields;

- At least 2- 3 years of working experience in relevant jobs;

- Good at communication in Vietnamese and English languages;

- Good at MS Office and experience of working with systems is an advantage;

- Working independently and good teamwork spirit.
