仕事内容

- Issue VAT invoices and related documents

- Calculate service charge and send to customers

- Prepare service contracts, sales contract

- Follow up debts, collect customer debts

- Making payments for domestic and foreign suppliers

- Making weekly report: bank balance, customers/suppliers outstanding payment to suppliers

- Register change of company info with Department of Investment and Planning

- Prepare probation contract, labor contract

- Make periodical reports of labor use

- Prepare staff claim

- Register for insurance regimes, submit monthly insurance money

- Make monthly transportation reports: Grab, Vinasun, Mai Linh

- Check import/export customs declaration documents

- Calculating salary and salary deductions, transferring salary via bank

- Register Personal Income Tax Code for new staffs

- Prepare Guarantee Letter of PIT for new staff

- Calculate PIT and pay PIT (if any)

- Pay import tax, VAT

- Cash management for office expenses

- Prepare Business status report

- Prepare monthly balance sheet

- Pay office rent and make property rental tax returns, pay taxes.

- Make the decision to send on a business trip, making payment for air tickets and hotel rooms.

- Prepare Foreign Contractor Tax Report

- Make quarterly VAT report, yearly CIT report.

- Update accounting data into Misa software

- Make yearly financial report.

- Work with auditing company for auditing yearly financial report

- Working with tax office and other authorities when required

仕事の要件

- Graduated from Colleges, Universities majoring in finance and accounting.

- Experience: Senior - above 2 years experiences as Chief Accountant. - Chief accountant certificate

- Proficient in using Misa software

- Proficient in using computers: word, excel, email on Outlook.

- English: good at listening, speaking, reading, writing.

- Require candidate English CV, travel time to office around 30 minutes.

仕事上の利点

- Salary: Negotiation

- Working hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm. Saturday: 8am - 12pm. Lunch break: 12pm-13pm.

- Probation period: 2 months.
