Requirements:

  • High school diploma: Degree in office administration or relevant field ispreferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Task management skills
  • Action follow-up action skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good English in writing and speaking
  • Hands on MS Projects, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • Support paper works (preparing, delivering, handling & chasing) for team
  • Collect and arrange data for monthly team report
  • Make reports and meeting minutes
  • Track closely and alert Credit Controller to send out reminder letters to customer
  • Draft reminder letter per Credit controller’s request
  • Asist Credit Controller in chasing documents for monthly application and delivering docs to customers
  • Update records and databases to input in common files
  • Set up Commercial meeting
