仕事内容

- Receive delivery schedule from Merchandising department for arrangement. - Follow up cutting plan/ input/ output quantities to highlight all related departments to meet delivery on time & achieve cut to ship target. - Arrange the packing list for packing team members/ Buyers for final inspection. - Arrange loading plan based on daily shipment. - Follow up the deliveries for allocated buyers from cut to ship. Monitor and update daily shipment status. - Coordinate with relevant merchandisers to get buyer approval in order to ship extra (or short) and receive extra packing accessories on time. - Coordinate with the Commercial department to release the shipment on time as booking requirement and confirm the final quantity to Commercial department. - Follow up the short shipment to replenish the order quantity. - Make reconciliation before offering final inspection and coordinate with Finance team to close all the sales orders. - Return stock to Central Warehouse after shipment. - Provide the measurement to order carton & polybag for warehouse. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic stock count to ensure quantity of finished goods inventory matching between actual and system record in order to comply with brand protection requirements as well.

仕事の要件

- Associate Degree in Garment Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields - MS Office skills, Communication skills - Time Management skills, Negotiation skills, Coordination skills, Problem-solving skills - Accuracy - At least 1 year of experience in similar capacity
