In the role as an IT Specialist in Crossian, your main responsibilities will be:
Troubleshoot app deploy
Be prepared to provide technical support for internal applications & network
Designing & Maintaining the live systems with high SLA (upto 99.99 %)
Build monitoring, tools, and processes to help us detect and respond to operational issues more quickly: CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty, ServiceDesk, ELK,
Reduce barriers for engineers to deploy and optimize systems.

At least 3+ years working in designing & managing Computer Network infrastructure
At least 2+ years with Linux. familiar with the vast majority of Linux tools
Experienced with leveraging Bash to automate infrastructure; know Terraform & CloudFormation, Python, Node is a plus
Involved in implementing and maintaining a data-driven infrastructure at scale: RDS/Postgres, know Elasticsearch, S3, KAFKA, SQS, Redshift,.. is a plus
Involved in CI/CD with Gitlab, SonarQube, Jira, Ansible/Chef,..
Experienced troubleshooting real-life critical incidents for the maintain the systems
Aims to learn from company’s Cloud Architects & Ambitious to become a SRE and AWS Cloud IT Specialist to help grow the Cloud based micro-services eCommerce platform for the company
Good English (Read and write) skills, service-minded, good teamwork and be driven by helping user

Salary: $700-$1000
