仕事内容
Plan and schedule daily production activitiesManage and order raw material usage, machinery and manpower effectively for optimum productivity.
Monitor and manage input/output and work in progress base on demand to achieve optimum inventory level.
Ensure the manpower is working up to the capacity and that have a reasonable workload for performance and productivity
Manage day-to-day production line to ensure the production is running smoothly according to the goal setting
To conduct QC checking on semi-finished tubes
Troubleshoot and resolve knitting machine problems
Machine Setup, fixing & maintenance
Any other task that is assigned by the Management from time to time in relation with the department work
To guide and train any new technician for knitting machines from scratch
仕事の要件
Having the basic knowledge of knittingCandidate must be from a mechanical background or technical fresh graduate.
Any prior experience in related industry will be prioritized.
