Implement the purchase of timber according to the orientation and requirements of the Company. Responsible for searching and approaching wood suppliers in all regions such as companies, suppliers, wood project owners, and forest owners... after that, negotiating and signing the purchase contracts/agreements. Be in charge of planning to purchase woods and controlling the quality/quantity, schedule to deliver on time, and meet the purchasing requirements. Maintaining good relationships with the partners, customers, and relevant local government in order to ensure a smooth process of wood materials purchasing and delivery, guaranteeing long-term cooperation. Coordinating with other departments to complete the purchase procedure. Other responsibilities shall be followed to assignment by the higher manager.
