仕事内容

Suggest, make plan, deploy and evaluate all assigned projects.
Set up company annual business plan and budget plan, monitor the operation result.
Prepare business reports and analysis for business strategy purpose.
Manage all issues related to agents training, including prepare and submit relevant reports to the authorizations.
Collect insurance market information, finance news and report according to requirement of company
Being the window contact in cooperation with selling channels (except for brokers); coordinate with related departments in the company to control and make assessment on business expenses (including claim payment, commission, incentive); raise solutions to enhance business efficiency.
Coordinate and join all business meetings.
Fubon branding management; design and manage public documents related to company brand name, such as brochures, company profile, leaflets…
Set up the promotion program, register with the authorizations and deploy it as per the Company’s plan and complying with the laws.
To manage and store Contract or agreement about business development and Contract of collection information of insured.
Organize Company’s events.
Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Working time: 8 AM – 5 PM from Monday – Friday;
Salary: 10 mil – 14 mil
Petrol & Lunch allowance; 13th Salary; KPI Bonus (14th, 15th salary +++)
Compulsory insurance; Accident & Health insurance for employee, Accident insurance for 3 relatives
Travel and training internal, domestic and oversea
