Purchasing Specialist

仕事内容

- Release PO, Manage stock status, delivery of Molder & Subcontract vendor, Managing daily purchasing activities

- Co-operate with R&D, QA to searching new vendor, develop new production, follow sample delivery

- Supplier selection for new model.

- Closely work with other Departments and vendor to manage quantity and timing of deliveries

- Managing supplier relations and processing contracts

- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation (purchase orders, contracts, etc.)

- Coordinating with other Department to determine and manage inventory needs

- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

- Complete the payment process as accounting procedure
