Job Descriptions:

As Recruitment Intern, you will be trained about complete recruitment process of hiring and retaining potential talents, contributing to meet the strategy and growth of company’s business.

  • Support in interviews arrangement and follow up candidates’ status.
  • Build up candidates’ database (candidates’ information, interview schedule, status and feedback).
  • Screen and conduct phone interview to check basic requirements, skills and understand their motivation.
  • Post jobs on facebook group/communities/recruitment channels/universities’ job board.
  • Build up and maintain relationship with candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support recruitment activities (job fairs, company visit, Open Day, On boarding…) and recruitment projects.
  • Prepare to welcome new joiners and recruitment reports if needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate students with proficient English, able to work full-time in from 3-6 months.
  • Strong confidence, good English communication and people skill to work with both internal and external.
  • Being proactive, able to handle multi-tasks with appropriate priority.
  • Keen on learning new things to work either independently or in team.
  • Self-motivated, highly committed, strong confident, hard-working andresponsible to work under pressure and get the job done timely.
  • Having passion or experience in either recruitment or education will be an advantage.
