Title:Recruitment Intern

Number of hiring:2 in Hanoi, 2 in HCM City

Working time: 6 hours a day from Monday to Friday

I. Detailed Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and attracting fresher candidates by using databases, social media and other various channels.
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Approaching to fresher candidates and introduce about job opportunity at HCL Vietnam.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Establish and maintain a database of candidates
  • Other tasks as assigned

II. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and passionate to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Experience as a similar junior HR role is a plus
  • Experience with MS Office

  • HCL HCMC Address: Level 11, 28 Bis Mạc Dinh Chi Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. (Remote working/onboarding till any further notice).
