仕事内容
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruitment: 70%
– Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates
– Collaborate with Recruiters to identify each position’s requirements
– Sourcing candidates’ profiles via Linkedin & various channels using Boolean & keywords
– Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
– Access different job portals and upload applicant resumes and manage candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System
– Act as a support to sourcing/recruitment-related activities
2. Other HR tasks: 30%
– Support timekeeping task
– Support onboarding and offboarding process
– Support on Employer branding task
– Other tasks as required.
Requirements
– Fresh graduates or final year students.
– Previous internship with Recruitment/TA background is preferred.
– Strong interest in HR/Recruitment.
– Good English skills will be a plus.
– Proactive, responsible and a “Can-do” spirit.
– Location:Tran Nao, District2.
– Working Time: 09:00 – 18:00 (lunchtime 12:30 – 13:30)
