仕事内容
- Collect and build yearly/monthly headcount plan base on targeted ADO, productivity and functional requirement- Provide forecast for OT & BPO needed on monthly basis
- Build and maintain trackers for for recruitment progress (sourcing, screening, offering & onboard) and BPO usage
- Follow up with operations team in any changes in headcount planning
- Produce analysist related to HR performance thus assisting HR team to plan their own workforce
- Produce analysis on workforce performance vs plan: actual productivity and suggest the headcount structure
- Other analysis / report / project related to workforce
仕事の要件
- Great communication skills both verbal & written- Be able to work cross function and at multi levels
- Data driven, proficient in Excel and analytical tool
- Hands on and detail oriented
