Mô tả công việc

Accounting:

- Prepare Monthly Petty Cash book and input data into Misa software daily

- Prepare Monthly Bank book and input data into Misa software daily

- Monitor and prepare Monthly payables

- Prepare Sale Reports and input data into Misa software daily

- Issue VAT invoices monthly

- Monitor and prepare Monthly Instruments and Fixed Assets reports

- Carry out Monthly Stock taking.

- Assist to Finance Manager for Quarterly VAT Input Claim.

- Liaise with banker daily and monthly for bank transfer.

Warehouse administration:

- Manipulate, analyze and interpret BOM requirements that can be converted in Material Requisition (MR) or Picklist.

- Control the incoming and releasing transactions of (GRN, MR & GDN) of the Warehouse.

- Mobilize staffs for the receiving and releasing of goods/materials

- Coordinate and communicate in all level of the organization to solve and find solution in any inventory problems
