업무 설명서

- Conducted daily patrol & checklist for critical Facility system such as (air compressor, electrical, Generator, plumping, emission treatment, dust extraction, air conditioning, lift, cooling pad system,…

- Conducted repairing & periodic preventive maintenance follow master plan

Repairing broken of buildings such as doors, key, fences, sewage, furniture, gate,..

- Repairs/Replaces for facility equipment system

- Supervising contractors/supplier activities for repairing/installing within factory

- Receiving & control/tracking spare-parts/tools and request order if need

- Other urgent task assigned by superiors, ...

작업 요구 사항

  • College degree/University of electrical or equivalent
  • Ability to read comprehension of technical drawings & technical English (is preferred)
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in facilities maintenance
  • Deep knowledge of electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, building service,…for factory
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision (have leadership skill is preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer service oriented
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to do multi-task
