업무 설명서

- Conduct all tasks related to work permit, temporary residence card, visa for Expats.

- Manage work permit/ temporary residence card/visa cost.

- Handle recruitment and selection process including recruitment advertisement, screening CVs, interviewing, administering assessment and selection process, emails to candidates (recruitment confirmation/ fail interview…).

- Do reports to authority and as request (work permit report, recruitment report,…).

- Classify and keep other HR documents in appropriated folders.

- Manage stationery/name tags/documents delivery/ birthday cards…

- Support for company’ events (Year End Party, Health check,…)

- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

WORKING SCHEDULE:

From Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:10.

WORKING PLACE:

44 Phan Khiem Ich Street, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCMC.

- University graduate in related fields.

- At least 01-year experience at similar position.

- Good at communication.

- Good at English both speaking & writing.

- Careful and detail-oriented.
