HR Intern

1. Job description

● Understand job information and requirements from hiring managers.

● Engage in business relationships with hiring manager and candidates.

● Source candidates through job advertisements, research and networking.

● Screen CVs and resumes, conduct interviews and follow-ups with candidates.

● Arrange for an interview for the shortlisted candidate with the hiring manager.

● Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads.

2. Job requirements

● Bachelor Degree in Human Resources

● Spoken and written communication in English and Vietnamese

● Attention to details

● Have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to execute through on the task given by a superior.

● Have a positive attitude, approachable and believe in team spirit.

● Possesses basic computer skills and is able to adapt to a small growing business environment.

● Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties
