업무 설명서

  • Ensuring that all inventory transaction details are recorded accurately in systems
  • Preparing and maintaining inventory reports
  • Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger
  • Coordinating with other departments to conduct physical stock count periodically
  • Verifying stock counts, conduct stock count reconciliation and recording adjustments to inventory levels for items that have been used, damaged, or lost.
  • Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances.
  • Collect costing information and calculating cost of goods manufacturing or work in progress (WIP) based costing methodology
  • Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory.

작업 요구 사항

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inventory or Cost Accountant preferably at manufacturing industry.
  • Good at in MS Excel.
  • Experience with and enthusiasm for building out processes and policies related to inventory management or costing for a growing organization is a big plus.
