업무 설명서

- Maintaining network system and ensuring all system can work smoothly and efficiently; - Being responsible for Cisco routers, switches, LAN/WAN/IPT...; - Contacting to supplier for configuring IP Phone, PABX switchboard...; - Checking all PCS of staff and update the details to manage them (upgrade or change new); - Checking the PABX system to get more extension line for new staff; - Taking care service of Printer, scanner, fax...; - Taking care service of Incoming line (Fiber, Fax, direct line, phone, ...); - Supporting for Bravo & Ebiz software, Bitrix 24 (if any); - Checking our server system and doing maintenance; - Checking & manage CCTV system; - Supporting to deploy new software for administration; - Other tasks as required from the Manager.

작업 요구 사항

Prior for familiar with system/ net work & Bitrix 24 software, HIK Central, QNAP, Proxy Server, VLAN… Gender: Male/Female Age: form 25 – 35 years old Basic communication in English. Good command in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...) Graduated from College and above Experience: At least 1 year-experience Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
